Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Pineapples Boutique! We carefully pack every order and work to ship your new pieces as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed by 12:00 PM (noon) will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will ship the following business day.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate for orders under $150
• Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $150
• 2-Day Shipping: $25
• Overnight Shipping: $35
• Sale Item Shipping: $10

All orders are shipped through USPS. Expedited orders must be placed by 12:00 PM (noon) to qualify for same-day processing.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination. Expedited orders should arrive within the selected delivery timeframe once shipped.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by USPS and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can follow your package.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States. Express orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to USPS, the carrier is responsible for its delivery. If your package is delayed, lost or marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact USPS directly using your tracking number.

Pineapples Boutique will do its best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for a package lost or delayed after it has entered the carrier’s possession.
